Varley House, Ilfracombe

I had a really pleasant stay at Varley House. The rooms were comfortable, although a bit dated, but they were extremely clean with a great shower and really soft white towels. I appreciated the tea, coffee, hot chocolate, and biscuits provided in the room. The location, although without a sea view, was peaceful and spotlessly clean, and the breakfast was fantastic to kick start the day.

The hotel offers spacious and immaculately clean rooms with two large windows that create a fresh and airy atmosphere upon arrival. The service is outstanding, with a staff that goes above and beyond to ensure a delightful experience. The location is perfect for exploring the town and nearby attractions, though it involves a bit of a walk up some steep hills. The dining experience provides good quality food with a variety of options, although gourmet pizzas could be a highlight. Overall, a great place to stay with excellent value for money.
